Between 2006 and 2011 more than 60 exhibitions took place in the gallery space in Gotzingerstrasse in Munich. It was a place for several cultural exchanges and a meeting point for intercultural discources.
Responsible for strategy, marketing, sales, production, product development, finance and administration. Developed new corporate identity. Expanded from a
purely regional to a national/international business. Introduced new IT system. Realized several cost cutting activities.
Balanced the divers interests of a highly fragmented ownership.
Responsible for strategy, marketing, sales, production, product development, finance and administration. Integrated 50 employees as well as systems and processes of the acquired socialistic company into the Henkel Group as a world-wide profit center in a new market for Henkel.
